Divine Drip Wear is a faith-driven apparel brand with two sides. Our own collections sold direct, and custom merch for sports teams, churches, schools, and events. We've delivered 404 pieces across 4 client jobs, and we press custom orders in-house on our own equipment.
How we work
- Remote and flexible. We're students too. Work around school and sport.
- Small and direct. You'll talk to the founders every week.
- Ownership, not tasks. You'll own an area, not a to-do list.
- Real portfolio work. Everything you make goes out under the brand.
Open roles
Marketing & Social Media Manager
The goal: 5,000 followers on Instagram and TikTok this season, and traffic that converts.
You'd own: content calendar, posting, hooks, comments and DMs, and athlete sponsorship outreach. Shooting and editing short-form video is the whole game right now.
Requirements: Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook — or equivalents you're faster in.
Custom Apparel Designer
The goal: turn a client's rough idea into artwork they approve on the first or second mockup.
You'd own: design for custom team orders plus new pieces for our own drops — print-ready files, mockups, and knowing what prints versus what stitches.
Requirements: Canva, Printful, Shopify — or Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate.
Communications Manager
The goal: no client inquiry waits more than one business day.
You'd own: client email, quote follow-ups, order updates, and chasing feedback after delivery. You're the reason a team that asked for a quote becomes an order.
Requirements: clear writing, organized, and you don't mind following up twice.
