How long until I get my order?

Production takes 2–5 business days, then 3–7 days shipping in the US — roughly 5–12 business days total. We'd rather tell you upfront than surprise you.

Why does it take longer than Amazon?

Nothing is pre-made. Every piece is printed after you order it — no warehouse, no overstock, nothing headed to a landfill.

How do I pick a size?

Every product page has a size guide with real measurements. Easiest method: measure a shirt you already own and love, then match it. Our items generally run true to size.

Can I return something that doesn't fit?

Because items are made to order, we can't accept size-related returns — please check the size guide first. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it free, no argument.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout, typically 10–20 business days. Import duties may apply depending on your country.

Will the print crack?

Not if you wash it right: cold water, inside out, tumble dry low, and never iron directly on the print.

Can you make merch for my team, church, or event?

Yes — it's a core part of what we do. Head to Custom Merch to see how it works, then email us. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Is there a minimum order for custom merch?

No hard minimum. Larger runs get better per-piece pricing. Tell us your quantity and we'll quote it.

Who actually makes the custom merch?

We do — pressed in-house on our own equipment. Our online collection is printed by our production partner so we can offer it worldwide without holding stock.
